Bananas in Coconut Milk (Kloey Buad Chee)

Super easy and scrumptious Thai dessert, can be enjoyed hot or cold!

Preparation Time: 5 mins Cooking Time: 5 mins


4 Cups Coconut milk

¼ Cup Palm Sugar or coconut sugar

½ Tsp Salt

4 Large Ripe Bananas ( cut diagonally in slice)

1. Pour the coconut milk into a sauce pan, then add the sugar and salt.

2. Bring gently to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the coconut milk from separating.

3. Add the bananas, and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve hot or cold.
