Hot Pot Pop-up Dinner
Chinese hot pot consists of various raw meats, vegetables, noodles, tofu, and seafood, which are dipped using chopsticks into a pot of hot flavored broth to cook. The items are then fished out with chopsticks or a strainer, and eaten with dipping sauce. The origins of Chinese hot pot dates back over 1,000 years.
