Join us this August for a culinary journey exploring the transformation of Sichuan cuisine from sweet to spicy. Learn about the rich tradition of the “24 flavors” and discover how the introduction of chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns created the unique “Mala” sensation that defines Sichuan’s bold and complex flavors today.
This dinner contains gluten, shellfish, and an authentic spicy level. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any food allergies.
