Sichuan Dinner, August 10th!

Join us this August for a culinary journey exploring the transformation of Sichuan cuisine from sweet to spicy. Learn about the rich tradition of the “24 flavors” and discover how the introduction of chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns created the unique “mala” sensation that defines Sichuan’s bold and complex flavors today.
