A Taste of My Hometown: Shanghai Pop-Up Dinner! Dec 26th, Thursday

Shanghai is my hometown. It’s where I grew up, where my love for food began, and where so many of my memories were made. Twelve years ago, I moved to Bozeman, but Shanghai will always be a part of me.

I still think of the busy wet markets, filled with fresh vegetables and seafood, and the irresistible smell of street food like scallion pancakes and dumplings. Shanghai’s food has a unique sweetness—simple, comforting, and full of heart.

This dinner is my way of sharing a piece of home with you. Every dish tells a story about the city that shaped me, from its flavors to the memories I carry with me.
