About The Event
A few years ago, I decided to learn how to make traditional dim sum, which led me to Guangzhou, the birthplace of this amazing cuisine. I had the chance to train with a skilled dim sum maker with over ten years of experience. Back in Montana, I kept practicing, adjusting to the unique challenges of cooking in the mountains. Now, I’m excited to offer dim sum that matches the quality I learned in Guangzhou.
Join us for a special Dim Sum dinner this November! Since each piece is handmade to ensure the best quality and authenticity, each dinner is limited to 12 diners. To give more people a chance to join, each reservation is limited to 2 people.
