Ginger is known to increase the body's energy level and is an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory. It's a natural way of giving your immune system a boost, it can also give relief from nausea and indigestion.


Chinese brown sugar is healthier and tastier than white processed sugar. Unlike processed sugar, Chinese brown sugar contains potassium, iron, calcium, and other minerals.


In Chinese culture, ginger tea is often used to help with soothing cold symptoms and sore throats. Ginger also aids with motion sickness as it's a natural way to calm an upset stomach.  It is believed to help your body's natural blood circulation. 


How to use the concentrate:

Mix 1 tbsp ginger tea concentrate with 1 cup warm water. 


This concentrate can also be used on toppings for pastries and dessert. Eat this with scones, on toast, add it to a smoothie, mix into your yogurt or oatmeal. 

Just need few tbsp of the concentrate, and it will bring a delightful ginger sweetness to your homemade cookies, salad dressing, pork marinate, ice name it!
