About The Event
At this dinner, the food arrives raw, just as hot pot should be. Guests cook everything themselves, dipping each ingredient into the bubbling broth and eating it at its perfect moment.
The pot is divided into two halves:
Spicy Broth
Made with a rich base of spices, dried chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns — aromatic, numbing, and full of depth.
Non-spicy broth
A gentle chicken broth simmered with daikon and tomato, clean, light, and comforting — perfect for balancing the heat.
