Upon coming to the US, Linda discovered how very different American Chinese cuisine was! Coming from a family of chefs, it has been in her blood to cook for others! After discovering how little traditional Chinese food there was, Linda decided to open the Hummingbirds Kitchen as a way to show people real Chinese cuisine, and traditional foods with her own spin on things!

 

There are 23 provinces of China, all with very different styles and cooking methods! Each Pop-Up dinner provides foods from 1 of the 23 provinces, giving people a taste of the real Chinese culture!
